Are requests currently open? What would be considered a "bad request"?
Feel free to ask away! But before you do, please keep in mind that this side of the request (the side that makes everything) has a lot going on and I can't always figure out what you mean, so be specific. If you request a screencap psd, give me a screencap you want it to be guaranteed to work on. If you want a tutorial, ask what specific technique you want to learn.
What version of Photoshop are you using?
I'm currently using Photoshop CS4 and I have been for about 5 years.
Will you recreate this PSD?
The person who created it tried their hardest to make something creative, so I'm not going to take that from them.
Are you looking for co-owners?
It's Katie's coloring book. You figure it out.
Why didn't you answer my question?
This is either because a) I've recently answered it b) it's in this FAQ or c) I haven't gotten to it yet.
How long should I be expecting to wait for my request to be completed?
It really shouldn't take too long. If your request was a tall order, clearly it will take longer than a simple PSD or something. Also, keep in mind that I often have more than one request processing at a time.
